Namaste and welcome!

People ask me what Dharma Work is all about.

"Are you a Buddhist?"  they ask me.

Nope.  But I do listen to Gregorian Chants sometimes.  The non-creepy-sounding ones, anyway.

"Are you a Yogi?"  they say.

Huh-uh.  Although I've started doing beginner's yoga lately and I'm pretty proud of my Triangle Pose.

"Well then why do use the word 'dharma'?" they ask.  "And what does it mean, anyway?"

I had to look it up myself.  See, when I decided to start this work, I asked Spirit what I should call it.  Dharma Work was the name I was given.  I liked the sound of it but had no idea what it meant.  I looked it up, and these are some of the things I found:

dharma = Divine law; the law of being; "that which holds one's true nature." The fulfillment of an inherent nature or destiny. To "follow dharma" means to act in accordance with divine law.

Dharma.  That which holds our true nature.

I understood then that my dharma was to help you find yours.  And thus Dharma Work was born.

Take a look around and see if anything here might serve you on your own quest to find your dharma.

Namaste.
